The past few months have been an absolute whirlwind. From some absolutely huge client wins to some exciting leaps forward with BE Lean’s capabilities and offerings, I’ve hardly had time to catch my breath.
Your support has meant the world to me through it all, so I wanted to give you a little taste of what’s been going on as I’ve been working to expand the impact of this little business I call BE Lean.
When small steps become giant leaps
Building a business is all about putting one foot in front of the other. Taking those small incremental steps can sometimes feel like a slog, but they’re what create the foundation for big leaps forward.
And when I get to see my clients take those big leaps forward because of the work we’ve done together, I couldn’t feel more proud and fulfilled.
When I started working with a boutique marketing agency in the Gen Z space, they were a small firm struggling to run even a few campaigns at a time with a chaotic spreadsheet-based process that the owner herself called a “hot mess.”
Over the past few years, we’ve completely transformed the company. They now have a focused and data-driven growth strategy, a well-managed and organized team, and an efficient and sophisticated technology infrastructure that they brag about to their clients (do you love your systems enough to brag about them?)
It’s resulted in thousands of hours of time savings and the business more than doubling their revenue.
But it also put them in a position to say yes when the largest opportunity in the company’s history came knocking.
Last month, we launched an international marketing campaign for a major food delivery service. We’re now putting on 137 events on college campuses throughout the US and Canada. In just 90 days.
This contract will double the business yet again, and it’s something my client would have never been able to execute on before we started working together. But with a proven model and the infrastructure to handle it, we’ve never felt more ready for a challenge like this one.
Up next for BE Lean
As exciting as this and project and others have been, it’s only the beginning of what’s yet to come.
Behind the scenes, I’ve also been working to expand BE Lean’s offerings including a quick-start consultation that one entrepreneur called “revolutionary” for her business and some exciting new partnerships that will bring new areas of expertise to my clients.
I’ll be sharing more about those updates once I’ve caught my breath. But even though the marketing isn’t quite ready, the new offers are available right now!
